This dress was in the ‘old woman’ section in the thrift store. Can you believe it? It is so pretty! I don’t feel like an old woman at all in this dress 😉 . I think it was a homemade dress. This is my new favorite dress! What I wore - vintage find What I wore - vintage find

Thrift store find: Pretty vintage cooking pans!

Thrift store find: Pretty vintage cooking pans!

Now that I’m moving into my new home I know that I’m going to use my fabulous vintage stove very soon. I’m really looking forward to that. I love baking and I haven’t been able to do some proper baking in over a year! But that lovely vintage stove can’t go without some vintage cooking pans. So I bought some at the thrift store. It makes me so happy when I look at these pans. They are so pretty and colorful! The best thing is I bought them for about ten Euro’s in total. A lot less then if I would buy new ones. And these vintage cooking pans are looking so much better then today’s cooking pans! What do you think of them? XOXO Wilma

Vintage find: fifties stove

vintage stove

I really wanted a vintage stove for my next home. I don’t own an oven right now and that is something I am really missing. I do own a combi microwave but it’s just not the same. Of course I could just have bought a new stove but a vintage stove is so much more special. I love the style and I love it when something has been used for so many years and still looks great. You can’t believe how lucky I felt when my mother told me about something my sister Janet found on the internet. This stove is just perfect! I know that if she could use it my sister would have bought it. But she can’t so I couldn’t resist buying it for myself. Sorry Janet!
