Recipe – Tzatziki with chives

Recipe - Tzatziki with chives

This tzatziki is really nice on a French bread or as a sauce in a pasta salad. It’s easy to make it yourself and it will be an absolute winner at your next barbecue or garden party! The original tzatziki doesn’t contain chives, but I love the taste of it together with the fresh yogurt and cucumber.

How to make this delicious tzatziki with chives

Grate the cucumber and let it drain for 5 minutes. If you don’t do this your tzatziki will not be thick enough to put on bread. Slice your garlic in really small pieces and put it in a bowl together with the Greek yogurt. Slice or cut the chives in small pieces and put it in the bowl. Put the grated cucumber and the lemon juice in the bowl and mix everything together. Use salt and pepper to taste.

Bon Appetit!
