Do you know those moments that you really need a snack, but you don’t have anything in your home to eat? Or at least nothing that makes your ‘snack hunger’ go away… I certainly know that feeling. At those moments I like to make myself some delicious microwave potato chips. Potatoes are something I always have in my house. This recipe is really easy and makes delicious and healthy potato chips!

What you need
– Potatoes
– Salt
– Pepper
– Parchment paper
How to make it
Clean your potatoes and slice them paper thin. Place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of the microwave. Now place the potato slices next to each other on the paper. Don’t layer them! Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the potato slices. Cover everything with another piece of parchment paper. Cook on high power for 8 minutes or until your potato chips are brown and crisp. You have to test this, because all microwaves cook differently. Remove the potato chips from the microwave and let them cool.
