What you need for Kletskoppen
– 60 grams of flour
– 40 grams of butter
– 120 grams of brown bastard sugar
– 40 grams of finely chopped almond shavings
– 30 grams of water
– one teaspoon of cinamon
– dash of salt
How to make Kletskoppen
Preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celcius. Soften the butter and mix al the ingredients in a bowl. Put little dots of the mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you want a sheet of Kletskoppen so you can break them into pieces you have to put the dots closer together. I like the pieces to be a little bit rough, so I decided to break them afterwards. It really feels and looks home baked this way. Put the Kletskoppen into the oven for 7 til 10 minutes until the dots are smudged into flat Kletskoppen. Put the baking sheet out of the oven and let the Kletskoppen cool until they are getting a little stiffer. Peel the Kletskoppen from your parchment paper and let cool a little longer. If you have a sheet you can now break them into pieces. That’s it! Bon Appetit! XO Wilma
