I’m not a big eater at the moment. Sometimes there’s nothing that I like and I never eat more than one meal a day. But it’s getting better and that’s what counts! The best food for me at the moment is cold food. So today I want to share a recipe with you for a pasta salad. This one would also be great to go with a summer barbecue!

I thought it would be a great idea to make a pouch for Easter. It is great as a gift bag with chocolate or candy eggs inside! It’s also great for kids to carry around while searching for hidden eggs. I made this from one of the vintage fabrics that I bought yesterday. It’s a very easy thing to make and your guest will love this cute Easter bunny pouch as a gift bag!

I want to share some of my latest thrift store finds today. Some days ago I bought this amazing vintage Singer sewing machine in the thrift store. It wasn’t really working, but I fixed it! At least for now. I hope it won’t stop working again! It’s a sewing machine on a small cabinet. You can put the machine inside the cabinet (by turning the sewing machine upside down). The cabinet is not in a really good shape so I may have to paint it. But I love this sewing machine! It will get a nice place in my new craft room.
Today there was a flea market in the city. I went strait for the fabric. I found a lot of amazing fabrics. I’m so happy! I also bought a really big wicker basket. It’s 50 cm high, 55 cm wide and 85 cm long. I wanted one for a long time. I want to use it in the future for dress up clothes for kids. Wouldn’t that be lovely?
Tomorrow we will go to the same flea market because they will open the furniture section. I want a cabinet for the nursery. So we will see what we find! XO Wilma
I just ordered a this amazing tapewriter from PS Ik hou van jou. It’s a Dutch site, but don’t worry if you are not Dutch. Amazon also has a great alternative! I love the look of the letters. These old-fashioned embossing tapewriters are so much better than the modern printing ones! Because I love the look of these labels so much I decided to create some magnets from them. This way I can use the labels over and over again without damaging my lockers! So today I’m going to show you this quick and easy DIY project for tapewriter magnets.

It’s finally time for a new DIY project on ByWilma.com! I thought it would be nice to do my tutorial in illustrations this time. It has been a while and I thought a new start needed also a new layout. So I hope you like it!
These yarn wrapped Easter eggs are really pretty to look at and perfect for hanging in some branches. I love the look of the yarn and the endless color possibilities you have with it. I used fake eggs for this project but of course you can use real ones too. The reason why I used fake eggs is that they are a lot easier to handle than the real deal. But it’s your choice! If you want to use real eggs you can use my decoupage Easter egg tutorial from last year for the ‘blow out’ part.
