I am currently all of casseroles with rice. They are super easy to make plus you have fewer items to clean. The dish I have for you today is a rice dish with chicken, peas and peppers. The turmeric and chicken bouillon cubes color the rice yellow. A super tasty dish that is definitely worth trying!

What do you need for this rice dish with chicken, peas and peppers for 4 people

– 2 point peppers
– 2 chicken breasts into cubes
– 2 cups pandan rice
– 4 cups water
– 1 1/2 cup peas
– 2 spring onions
– 1 small red onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– tablespoon turmeric
– 2 chicken bouillon cubes
– salt and pepper

How to make a rice dish with chicken, peas and peppers

Fry the chicken cubes in a frying pan with olive oil. Meanwhile, cut the scallions, red onion, garlic and pointed peppers into pieces. Add this to the chicken and fry briefly. Add the rice and cook it briefly. Crumble the bouillon cubes over the pan and add the turmeric. Now add the water and bring to a boil. Put the lid on the pan and simmer for ten minutes to fifteen minutes until the water is completely absorbed. Season with salt and pepper.
