What you need
– a cup of yogurt
– a cup of milk
– half a cup of apple sauce
– teaspoon of honey
– teaspoon of cinnamon plus a little more to put on top
How to make it
Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend for about thirty seconds, or until everything is looking smooth. Put the smoothie in two glasses and put some cinnamon on top of it. Put a straw in it and enjoy your delicious apple pie smoothie!
