These little cupcakes are absolutely delicious! You really can’t go wrong if you serve these to your guests. The recipe I used for the chocolate cupcakes is my favorite chocolate cake recipe. I tweaked the recipe until it was just perfect. I made this cupcakes in a Cupcake Maker. If you love cupcakes you really should have one. It’s so easy to make cupcakes with this machine. Your cupcakes are ready in just a few minutes! The topping of this cupcake is made with Snickers butter cream. And that makes this cupcake amazing! Mmmm….

What you need for 21 chocolate cupcakes with snickers butter cream

For the baby chocolate cupcakes
– 150 grams of butter
– 4 large eggs
– 100 grams of pure chocolate
– 40 grams of all purpose flower
– 100 grams of sugar
– 40 grams of good quality cacao

For the Snickers butter cream
– 250 grams of softened butter
– 250 grams of powdered sugar
– 5 mini snickers
– 20 grams of good quality cacao

– chocolate sprinkles

How to make baby chocolate cupcakes with Snickers butter cream

Melt the butter for the cupcakes in the microwave. In the meantime separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until they are white and stiff and form soft peaks. At the sugar gradually. Mix the egg yolks in the mix. Add the melted butter, the flower and the cacao. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Do this in intervals of 30 seconds so your chocolate will not burn. Stir between the intervals. When the chocolate is completely melted, mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Heat up your Cupcake Maker. Put liners in the Cupcake Maker and divide the mix. Close the lid and wait until the cupcakes are ready. You can use a toothpick to check if they are ready. If the toothpick comes out clean when you put it in a cupcake, they are ready.

For the Snicker butter cream start with putting the Snickers in a food processor until everything is really small. Beat the butter until it’s really creamy. Mix this with the rest of the ingredients. Now you have the most delicious Snickers butter cream!

Put the Snickers butter cream in a pastry bag and decorate your cupcakes. Use the chocolate sprinkles to top it off.
